I’m Kelly Spears, a southern gal with a taste for french white wines, someone who finds comfort in a check list and lives by the motto, “you can’t put a price on memories”.
I am affiliated with a family owned travel company that has been in business 50 plus years located in Connecticut called Largay Travel. We are members of the travel network Virtuoso, which is a global community of luxury 4 & 5 star hotels, villas, ground transportation, tour operators, and travel partners.
I like to stay within this community by working with travel partners I know are vetted and we have relationships with, to give my clients a high touch level of service and the best possible outcome for their travels.
I will offer trust and transparency when consulting and designing your next trip. With over 15 years working directly with clients in finance I understand the importance of collaboration and inspiring confidence.

This affiliation enables us to curate elevated travel journeys tailored to a traveler’s specific interests and needs. Largay Travel's Virtuoso membership and endorsement by Forbes Travel Guide, limited to less than 1% of all global agencies, also grants my clients access to complimentary upgrades, VIP amenities, and exclusive events and experiences worldwide, a privilege unavailable to clients that do not work with Spears Travel Consulting.
How We Work Together
Every journey begins with a private conversation and unfolds with careful attention. Here is exactly what you can expect:
Step 1 — Private Discovery
We begin with a complimentary consultation by phone. You share your vision, preferences, and practical details. I listen carefully.
Step 2 — Proposal & Planning Fee
I present a clear overview of the journey and the associated planning fee. Once you decide to move forward, the fee is non-refundable and secures dedicated time for your itinerary.
Step 3 - Collaborative Design
I craft your initial bespoke itinerary in close collaboration with a trusted in-country partner. Their local expertise and guidance help shape the experience with authentic insight. Together we will refine it through up to three thoughtful revisions until it feels exactly right.
Step 4 — Seamless Looking & Concierge Care
I handle most reservations within our vetted luxury partner network. My in-country partner remains available for ongoing support and provides 24/7 concierge assistance during travel, including emergency support. Additional fees may apply depending on the level of in-destination services required.
Step 5 — ON-trip presence & follow-up
While you travel, both I and your in-country partner stay quietly available. After you return, we review the experience so future journeys become even more refined.

River & Ocean Cruising
No planning fee applies when you already know the cruise and simply need assistance making and managing the reservation. The cruise rate remains the same whether you book through me or directly with the cruise line. This is an ideal option for those who prefer to reclaim their time while still receiving professional support.
Additional fees may apply if:
• Pre- or post-cruise travel requires research and planning time
• You need guidance selecting the cruise that best fits your preferences
